お野菜が高くて
今年も小松菜と水菜は入れれませんでした😁
きちんと七草パックを買ってきました😄
人参は花柄にしてみました😊
少しの間暫らく水にさらして😌
安かったので😙
今回骨の太い鶏肉が
増量パックでしか売られて
いなくて
こちらの鶏肉でダシもとりました🤗
少しきつね色になるまで
炒めて水にさらしていた
お野菜をざるへ移し
こちらの鶏肉と
お鍋に入れて少しお野菜も炒めます😆
にんにくはひとつは刻んで大根と
かぶとお鍋に少し炒めて
お鍋にお水と
酒・醤油・味醂・
切ったエノキと切った白菜を入れて
鶏ガラスープの素とかつおだしの素
塩コショウで味付け 。
食べる時に
再度お鍋に火を通して
炊きたてのご飯を入れて
にんにくひとつすり下ろして
たまごを溶いて煮込んで完成✨

鶏の甘味とお野菜の甘味で
美味しいんです😆🤗😁😄
昨日のおやつは揚げ餅を🤗🥰
